Clear accountability for work in organizations
TCCB builds software for Vietnamese organizations. Our first product, Taskflow, is a web app where each task is assigned to one accountable person, big tasks break down into smaller ones, and progress and results flow back up to the people who need them.
The problem
In most organizations, work is assigned and followed up over chat, meetings and memory. There is no single place that shows what tasks exist, who is responsible, what is due, what has been delivered, and which small tasks serve which larger goal. Weekly and monthly reports are rebuilt by digging through chats and files.
What Taskflow does
- Multi-level responsibility: a large task is assigned to an accountable owner and broken down into sub-tasks, each with its own owner, so managers can see how the parts add up.
- Submissions and reviews: results are submitted with evidence and files, then approved or returned by the manager.
- Deadlines you can trust: overdue and due-soon flags, a home page of what needs your attention, and a dashboard by person and category.
- A complete history: every change is recorded in an append-only activity log, so reports come from facts, not memory.
- Workspaces per organization, sign-in with Google, Vietnamese and English interface.
Built with Claude
Taskflow is designed and verified end to end with Claude Code. Before writing production code, we made the specification precise enough that two independent builders, working only from the documents, produce the same behavior on every test:
Separate Claude agents built two implementations of every component using only the written specification, then ran them against the same tests. Every place where they diverged became a fix to the specification. Independent Claude reviewers checked each change over several rounds.
Status
Pre-launch and bootstrapped. The specification and acceptance tests are written; infrastructure checks are under way; the production build is planned to start in November 2026.
About TCCB
